. You can bring your own food for BBQ. Frozen food and drinks are available 24 hours a day from the refrigerator in the in-room minibar. Only the amount used will be charged upon check-out.

. 盲導犬を除き、ペットをお連れでのご宿泊は全面的にご遠慮いただいております。

. 当ホテルは山の谷あいにございます。 谷に向かって約5000坪がホテルの敷地となっており谷を背にしてホテルの上方約2分の場所にスタッフが24時間常駐しております。

. Our hotel is located in a mountain valley. The staff is located approximately 2 minutes above the hotel with its back to the valley, and our staff is on duty 24 hours a day.

. 未就学児のお子様は、添い寝の場合に限り無料でご宿泊いただけます。 なお、添い寝の場合には寝具・タオル・アメニティのご用意はございません。 ベッド・寝具・アメニティをご希望の場合は、事前にご連絡くださいませ。その際は別途料金を頂戴いたします。 また、添い寝でご宿泊いただける未就学児のお子様は、1組（1室）につき2名様までとさせていただきます。 小学生以上のお子様につきましては、大人と同様に1名様分の料金を頂戴いたします。

. Children who have not yet entered elementary school may stay free of charge when sharing a bed with a parent or guardian. Please note that in the case of bed-sharing, no bedding, towels, or amenities will be provided. If you would like a separate bed, bedding, or amenities for your child, please contact us in advance. Additional charges will apply. For children who share a bed, a maximum of two preschool children per room will be allowed. Children of elementary school age and older will be charged the same rate as adults.
